Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to sign up to earn loyalty points on each purchase, check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.

When will my order arrive & how much is shipping?

Orders received before 12:00pm ET Monday through Friday are fulfilled the same day.

If you choose standard shipping you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days based on your location. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.50.

We also offer faster delivery options as well. See below for further detailed shipping information.

An estimated delivery date range will also be provided to you at checkout based on your location and shipping level choice.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your shipping status and tracking number by logging into your account or by downloading the "Shop" app.

What countries do you ship to?

Currenlty, we only ship within the United States.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order as well as diplayed on the "Thank You" confirmation page once you hit submit ot pay now.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to fufillment and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! You may return within 30 days of the original order date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original vendor packaging.

Note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Some items are non-returnable and not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup.
