- What are your shipping rates?All US orders ship free when your order total is $65.00 or more. Orders under $65.00 ship for a flat fee starting at $6.50 per order for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options for an additional cost are also available at checkout. See our full shipping policy here.
- How soon will I receive my order? 3-5 business days for US orders when you choose standard shipping, based on your location. We ship via USPS or UPS. In stock items ship the same day when an order is placed by 12:00pm ET (Mon-Fri). Please contact us if you have any questions or requests regarding expedited shipping or specific shipment times when placing your order.
- What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elle and Willow! In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% happy, unworn/unused items with original tags attached and in original vendor packaging when applicable will be accepted within 30 days. Personal care, skincare, makeup and fragrance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment in 1-2 days after receipt and inspection of your return. Return shipping address and instructions will be included with your order. Please note that any original shipping fees and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our full return policy here.
- Do you charge tax? There is a State sales tax charge of 6% on all applicable items shipping to Florida. Additional States may have their own specific tax rates for E-commerce orders. The total charge when applicable will be noted in the checkout page and can be reviewed prior to placing your order.
