Returns & Refunds - Elle and Willow

Return Window Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original vendor packaging.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You have two options:

  • Self-Paid: Use the carrier of your choice at your own expense.
  • Prepaid Label: We can provide a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $1.99 USD, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 1–2 business days.

Non-returnable items Some items are non-returnable and not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@elleandwillow.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.

Important notes Return eligibility is determined based on the policy in effect at the time the order was placed such as items marked Non-returnable or Final sale which cannot be returned.

Self Serve Return Instructions:

Submit a return request Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 

1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with a shipping label.
