FAQ's
- What are your shipping rates? All US orders ship free when your order total is $65.00 or more. Orders under $65.00 ship for a flat fee of $6.00-$14.00 per order (calculated at checkout). Expedited 2 day shipping is also available.
- How soon will I receive my order? 2-5 business days for US orders, based on your location. We ship via USPS or UPS. In stock items ship same day when order is placed by 2:00pm ET (Mon-Fri). Please contact us if you have any questions or requests regarding expedited shipping or specific shipment times when placing your order.
- What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elle and Willow! In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% happy, unworn/unused items with original tags attached will be accepted within 30 days. Extended Holiday Returns: For, orders placed from October 21, 2023 - December 22, 2023 return by January 15, 2024. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment in 1-2 days after receipt and inspection of your return. Return shipping address and instructions will be included with your order. Please note that any original shipping fees and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our full return policy here.
- Do you charge tax? There is a State sales tax charge of 6% on all applicable items shipping to Florida. The total charge when applicable will be noted in the checkout page and can be reviewed prior to placing your order.
- Where are you located and Why should I purchase from Elle and Willow? Elle and Willow is a Women Owned business based on Florida's Gulf Coast. We hand select each item offered on our website with a focus on brands that share our same value, such as Ethically Made, USA Made, Hand Made, Eco-Friendly and Women Owned Companies whenever possible.
